This privacy  policy applies to the processing of your personal data when you access  or use the website http://tellink.com, further referred to as  ‘the website’.

The website is made available by Tellink nv (public limited liability company Tellink), with registered office at Schupstraat 21 box 13, 2018 Antwerp (Schupstraat 21 bus 13, 2018 Antwerpen), and known under Enterprise Number BE 0459.188.102.

Tellink  nv takes very seriously the processing of your personal data during use  of the website, and guarantees appropriate protection in compliance  with the latest national and international legislation concerning this.

2 Which personal data do we collect?

2.1 Personal data which you disclose to us

You are not required to provide any personal data, for simply visiting or using the website.

If you fill in the contact form on the website, the following personal data is collected by us:

• your telephone number;
• your email address;
• your company name.

We  do not regard the contents of your message in the contact form as  personal data, unless this field contains information concerning an  identified or identifiable natural person.

As long as the aforementioned non-personal data is linked to personal data, we will treat it as personal data.

2.2 Personal data which is automatically collected

The website works with cookies which can collect personal data, i.e. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Google  Analytics is a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. During your  visit, Google Inc. automatically collects user data, including your  geographical location, your browser type, the duration of your visit,  the pages you visit and the time taken per page, patterns relating to  the frequency and times of your visit, etc. Google Analytics does not  register or store any IP addresses of users in the EU.

Google  Tag Manager is a tag management system which, similar to Google  Analytics, is offered by Google Inc. Tags, – namely small fragments of  website code -, are placed on the website which also collect user data,  as summarised above.

Tellink nv does not collect any other personal data using automated tools.

2.3 Personal data disclosed by third parties

If  personal data is disclosed by third parties to Tellink nv, Tellink nv  ensures that these third parties have obtained consent to disclose this  personal data.

3 Why do we collect your personal data, and what do we do with it?

3.1 Personal data which you disclose to us

The  processing of your personal data, as summarised under 2.1 of this  privacy policy, is necessary to enable us to contact you directly, and  to respond personally to your communication.

3.2 Personal data which is collected automatically

The  aim of collecting your data, mentioned under 2.2 of this privacy  policy, is to increase the user-friendliness of the website.

Google  Analytics collects all data from devices in the EU (using the IP  address Lookup) via domains and on servers in the EU, before traffic is  passed on to Analytics servers for processing. Please see the privacy  policy of Google concerning this. Google can disclose this collected  data to third parties, if Google is legally obliged to do this, or if  these third parties process the information on behalf of Google.  Following anonymisation and conversion into statistics, the data  processed by Google is used by us to analyse the use and efficiency of  the website, and to ascertain the effect of on-line advertising and  social media channels, thereby allowing us to optimise our services to  you, and to increase the user-friendliness of the website.

3.3 Disclosure to third parties and direct marketing

We  do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except for the  data which is disclosed to technical service providers of Tellink nv, if  any, in order to make it possible to provide the services offered on  the website. In such case, we always ensure that the service providers  to whom we provide your data, treat your personal data in the same  appropriate and responsible manner as Tellink nv.

Tellink nv will never use your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.

4 Period for storing your personal data

Your  email information request sent via the contact form, will be answered  by Tellink nv from its mailbox, and will then be stored in the inbox for  a maximum period of ten years, after which it will be erased.

Personal  data of actual clients is inserted into our software package. There,  this data will be stored for up to ten years from termination of the  cooperation, in order to facilitate any future assistance and/or  contact.

5 Security of your personal data 

Tellink  nv takes all reasonable technological and practical steps to protect  personal data obtained from you against loss, misuse, falsification, and  unauthorised access or processing of this data.

6 Your rights relating to your personal data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data which you disclose to Tellink nv.

You  have the right to access the personal data relating to your person  which is held by us, at any time, free of charge, and to correct or  change this data. You have the right to receive your personal data in a  structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can also  request that the data be transmitted to another data controller.

You  have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, to  limit the processing of your personal data, or to request us at any time  to erase your data. However, you should be aware that in that case it  may no longer be possible for Tellink nv to guarantee you specific  services.

Moreover, if you request the erasure of your  personal data, Tellink nv has the right to retain specific personal  data, if this is necessary for the performance of contractual  obligations which it may meanwhile have in respect of you, and/or for  the respect of legal obligations.

You have the right to withdraw previous consent, given for the processing of personal data, at any time.

Finally,  you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on  automated processing, which produce legal effects concerning you or  similarly significantly affect you.
